About the Project
CITIZIA, stylish apartments, is a 350-unit rental apartment project on 10 floors located at 2600 Cavendish Boulevard in Montreal. This new building brings a real breath of fresh air to the Notre-Dame-de-Grace (NDG) neighborhood landscape.
HIZO's services were selected for the thermal insulation of this condo tower through the application of spray polyurethane. Our team also had the mandate for the installation of waterproofing membrane and semi-rigid panels.
This large-scale project mobilized several of our areas of expertise to ensure complete and high-performance building insulation, guaranteeing optimal comfort and energy efficiency for the 350 housing units.
