About the Project
For the construction of Mansfield Condos, HIZO took charge of the entire building envelope, mobilizing several of our areas of expertise. This large-scale project required an integrated approach combining thermal insulation, fire protection and waterproofing.
We installed a waterproofing membrane to protect the foundations and buried walls against water infiltration. The application of spray urethane ensured optimal thermal insulation with complete air sealing.
Finally, we installed semi-rigid Roxul panels to guarantee fireproofing compliant with the Building Code. This project demonstrates our ability to manage complete mandates requiring the integration of several insulation and protection services.
